Lt. Gen. Charles P. Graham, retired, the master of ceremonies of the Sun City Veterans Day ceremony, welcomes participants to the event Nov. 11 at the Georgetown-Williamson County Veterans Memorial Plaza. Graham retired from Army in 1985, but remained a very active supporter of the service. Graham thanked all veterans and their families for their service, and read a touching note from Texas Governor Rick Perry, addressed to veterans. The event featured Brig. Gen. Clark W. LeMasters Jr., the commander of the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) as the guest speaker.
