Equipment operators from Timor-Leste's Defense Force place quarry materials during construction of a rubble mound breakwater. Seabees from Underwater Construction Team Two are working with Timor-Leste's MPU, Australia's Defence Cooperation Program, the Timor-Leste Defense Force and Seabees from NMCB 3 to construct a rubble mound breakwater and floating small boat pier.
