Members of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) Two's Construction Dive Detachment (CDD) Bravo and Timor-Leste's Maritime Police Unit (MPU) stand in formation during a groundbreaking ceremony. Seabee divers from UCT Two are working with Timor-Leste's MPU, Australia's Defence Cooperation Program, the Timor-Leste Defense Force and Seabees from NMCB 3 to construct a rubble mound breakwater and floating small boat pier.
