Builder 2nd Class Christopher Farmer, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) Two, works with a member of the Timor-Leste Defense Force to place core material during construction of a rubble mound breakwater. Seabees from UCT Two are working with Timor-Leste's MPU, Australia's Defence Cooperation Program, the Timor-Leste Defense Force and Seabees from NMCB 3 to construct a rubble mound breakwater and floating small boat pier.
