Three members of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety’s Division of Prison’s Prison Emergency Response Team (PERT) receive second place team honors during the N.C. National Guard’s Adjutant General’s Invitational Challenge at Camp Butner National Guard Training Center, located in Stem, N.C., Sept. 13. The event challenged both teams and individuals in a variety of target shooting events using the camp’s pistol and rifle ranges and the Engagement Skills Trainer, a video tactical simulator.
