Army Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk (left), adjutant general of North Carolina, congratulates Army Lt. Col. Chris Selvey, a member of the West Virginia National Guard’s 150th Armored Reconnaissance Squadron, part of the North Carolina National Guard’s 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, after Selvey took first place in the individual division of the NCNG’s Adjutant General’s Invitational Challenge at Camp Butner National Guard Training Center, located in Stem, N.C., Sept. 13. The event challenged both teams and individuals in a variety of target shooting events using the camp’s pistol and rifle ranges and the Engagement Skills Trainer, a video tactical simulator.
