Army Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk (far right), adjutant general of North Carolina, congratulates a team of retired North Carolina National Guard members who took first place in the team division of the NCNG’s Adjutant General’s Invitational Challenge at Camp Butner National Guard Training Center, located in Stem, N.C., Sept. 13. The event challenged both teams and individuals in a variety of target shooting events using the camp’s pistol and rifle ranges and the Engagement Skills Trainer, a video tactical simulator.
