Marines with 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, analyze information about their simulated enemies during a training command post exercise inside the II Marine Expeditionary Force Simulation Center aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Sept. 18, 2013. The command operation center's job was to order the movements of the subordinate commands to effectively engage enemy in a simulated exercise. "It is part of our progressive training plan to make sure we are crawling, walking and then running in terms of our COC training," said Maj. Kemper Jones, the operations officer for 6th Marines.
