Marines with 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, work with II Marine Expeditionary Force Simulation Center civilian personnel to properly use the center’s computers as part of a training command post exercise aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Sept. 18, 2013. The simulation center allows regiments to fight an enemy without having to execute a regimental-sized field operation. Civilian personnel who work at the center created an intelligent, computerized enemy with the specifications the regiment wanted to create a realistic situation and provided technical aid to the Marines when it came to using the computers in order to move units.
