    U.S. Indo-Pacific Command will welcome Adm. John Aquilino as the new commander during the change of command ceremony, April 30, at Kilo Pier on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Aquilino will replace Adm. Phil Davidson, who took command as the top military leader for the entire U.S. Joint Force in the Indo-Pacific region in 2018.
