    United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea will conduct a change of command and change of responsibility ceremony Nov. 8, at Barker Field, Camp Humphreys. Gen. Robert B. Abrams will will assume command from Gen. Vincent K. Brooks and Command Sgt. Maj.Walter A. Tagalicud will assume responsibility from Command Sgt. Maj.Steven L. Payton during a ceremony co-hosted by Republic of Korea Minister of National Defense Jeong Kyeong-doo and Gen. Paul J. Selva, Vice Chairman, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff.
