U.S. and KDF veterinary teams collaborated to provide essential care at a local livestock market. The week prior the veterinarians conducted a three-day K9 Tactical Combat Casualty Care course at the Humanitarian Peace Support School in Nairobi, Kenya, strengthening skills across all aspects of military and civilian animal health.

JA26 increases multinational interoperability in support of humanitarian assistance and crisis response, prepares regional partners for United Nations and African Union missions, and builds readiness for the U.S. joint force.
