Even if you never lived in a neighborhood with fighter jets, you can imagine just how noisy things can get. If you’re at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, being a “noisy neighbor” can bring some difficulties in being a good neighbor. Tech Sgt. Mike Tateishi explains how jets from Kadena are alleviating some headaches with what’s called an Aviation Training Relocation or ATR. There is a sound bite from Lt. Col.
