Members of the 13th Weapons of Mass Destruction – Civil Support Team (WMD-CST) conduct Swiftwater rescue training on June 25, 2025, Cumberland, RI. The scenario-driven exercise tested the team’s ability to plan, execute and lead complex rescue operations in realistic environments. The Training was conducted in alignment with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, the nationally recognized benchmark for Swiftwater rescue readiness.
