Soldiers of the 115th Military Police Company conduct Public Order Platoon (POP) training, led by instructors from the Rhode Island State Police, Aug. 3, 2025, Camp Fogarty, RI. Led by FEMA, this national program creates one standard across agencies, ensuring Soldiers, Troopers, and local police can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the same training and procedures when called upon. The training builds stronger interoperability and trust across the state and country.
