Safety on the road begins with proper training. Whether new to motorcycling or an experienced rider, the Fort Bliss Motorcycle Basic Rider Course provides essential instruction to build riding skills, confidence, and situational awareness.
Throughout August, personnel from the Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services, along with installation gate guards, will conduct motorcycle safety checks to ensure riders meet all required safety standards. These checks support rider readiness and help reduce preventable accidents across the installation.
Motorcyclists are encouraged to wear appropriate protective gear, follow safety regulations, and ride responsibly to protect themselves and others on the road. (U.S. Army Video by Sgt. 1st Class Alon Humphrey)
