Air Troopers from across the brigade attended 615 Aviation Support Battalion's Spur Ride held on Fort Hood, Texas, Nov. 6, 2025. A Spur Ride is a physically and mentally demanding tradition that tests soldiers to earn the right to wear spurs, which symbolize their entry into the Order of the Spur. The event involves a series of challenging tasks, including ruck marches, land navigation, and stress shoots, and culminates in a formal ceremony and dinner where successful participants are inducted.
