I protect the nation. Without fear. Without fail. Without equal. Those words, etched in glass along the side of the Maj. Gen. Robert A. McClure building, define the mission of USASOC.
For more than four years, Lt. Gen Jonathan Braga has led that mission, and the 35,000 plus ARSOF soldiers and their families as they serve the nation here at home, and across the globe. On Sept. 24, 2025, soldiers, friends and families from across Army Special Operations, said farewell to Braga, as he relinquished command to the acting USASOC commander, Brig. Gen. Kirk Brinker. As Gen. Bryan P. Fenton said as he presided over the ceremony: It’s all about winning here at USASOC.
Today and tomorrow.
Thank you, sir.
