Jacob Pelle, assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, discusses train-up for the upcoming Expert Soldier, Infantryman, and Field Medical Badge's (E3B) testing at Grafenwöhr Training Area, Germany Nov. 7, 2025.
