Matthew Higgerson, a perioperative nurse with Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Medical Readiness Command, Europe, receives a surgery operating room tour from medical personnel assigned to the Angolan Armed Forces during a week-long medical subject matter expert exchange at Hospital Militar Principal in Luanda, Angola, Sept. 23, 2025.
