Senior human resources leaders from across all three U.S. Army components conduct interviews during the Senior Enlisted Leaders Leading Change Forum, Sep. 16-17, 2025, Camp Fogarty, R.I. The forum was held by Sgt. Maj. Christopher “Smoke” Stevens, the U.S. Army G-1 SGM, where senior human resource leaders gathered to discuss transformation in the AG Corps, talent development, and the importance of strengthening connections across the force.
While conversations ranged from critical needs to large-scale combat operations, the event also included a lighthearted Q&A that revealed a more personal side of the AG community.
