Adontis Atkins, director of command, control, computers, communications and cyber operations and networks, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), speaks about spectrum analysis training in Vicenza, Italy, Sept. 9, 2025. Soldiers from SETAF-AF and the 173rd Airborne Brigade trained with spectrum analysis equipment using the Carabinieri counter-IED training program, in coordination with the Center of Excellence for Stability Police Units and the Arma dei Carabinieri.
