During the interview, Black explains Neuro-Cognitive Assessment Tool which is a new initiative requiring Tier 1 MOS service members to complete a 30-minute computer-based cognitive test before October 1st, 2025. The testing is conducted at Maude Hall Medical Readiness Center. Appointments are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by scheduling online through the BDAACH website.
