Munsch, Commander, Naval Forces Europe-Africa attended this first-ever Naval History Symposium at the Normandy Institute in Normandy, France, in the days leading up to the 81st anniversary of Operation Overlord/Operation Neptune, otherwise known as ‘D-Day’.
