Personnel from the U.S. Air Force, Royal Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force, Royal New Zealand Air Force and Royal Canadian Air Force participate in aeromedical evacuation training on an Royal Air Force A400M Atlas aircraft, stationed at RAF Brize Norton, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, during the U.S. Air Force’s 2025 Department-Level Exercise series, July 18, 2025. U.S. Airmen, along with personnel from the Royal New Zealand Air Force, RAF and RAAF, held an aeromedical evacuation training in a time-sensitive environment to demonstrate patient-loading capabilities, showcase ground coordination and evaluate the personnel required to accomplish the mission efficiently. The DLE series includes all branches of the Department of Defense, along with allies and partners, employing more than 400 joint and coalition aircraft and more than 12,000 personnel at more than 50 locations across 3,000 miles.
