U.S. Soldiers, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border, set up a two-point forward arming and refueling point (FARP) and fuel a CH-47 Chinook helicopter during a fuel handlers course at Fort Bliss, Texas, July 12, 2025. The five-day course trained Soldiers on how to safely handle, store, and distribute fuel while establishing a FARP in challenging environments, ensuring continuous aviation and ground support for units operating along the southern border.
