Petty, the incoming senior enlisted advisor of Madigan Army Medical Center, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., June 17, 2025. A change of responsibility ceremony is a traditional event meant to reinforce noncommissioned officer authority in the U.S. Army and highlight their support to the chain of command.
