U.S. Air National Guard Public Affairs Specialist, Staff Sgt. Kylee Warren, 153rd Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard, is interviewed regarding the mission of public affairs personnel at Modular Airborne Firefighting System (MAFFS) Spring Training 2025, held at the Channel Islands Air National Guard Base in Port Hueneme, Calif. from April 21-27, 2025. The MAFFS program is a joint effort between the U.S. Forest Service and the Department of Defense. Four C-130 wings support the MAFFS mission including three Air National Guard units: Nevada's 152nd Airlift Wing, California's 146th Airlift Wing, and Wyoming's 153rd Airlift Wing; and one U.S. Air Force Reserve unit, Colorado's 302nd Airlift Wing (U.S. Air National Guard video by Tech Sgt.
