The Army Substance Abuse Program hosted the Weighted Words Walk on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, May 15, 2025. This event, in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, allows soldiers to physically carry symbolic burdens and drop them in exchange for resilience resources. This interactive experience is intended to highlight the impact of words on mental well-being and connect individuals with available support services while fostering a culture of open communication about mental health.
