The 2-150th Field Artillery, Bloomington Indiana, fired the final volleys for its Howitzer 198, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana on Saturday, September 18th. Two crews put on a direct fire demonstration before a crowd of Soldiers, family and friends. Many in the crowd were retirees who served in the unit going back to WWII. At the end of demonstration, everyone was invited to pull on firing cord that launched the final round. The 198 howitzer came into the Indiana Guard in 1992 and soon will be replaced the M777 Howitzer. Also available in high definition
