U.S. Army Soldiers on rotation at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base (MKAB), Romania, participated in the 3rd Assault Helicopter Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment Spur Rude on Nov. 15-16, 2024 at MKAB, Romania. This Spur ride to welcome new spur candidates Spur Holders and be inducted into the Order of the Spur by successfully accomplishing military tasks and drills essential to Cavalry Scouts in celebration of their heritage.
