U.S. Air Force (Ret.) Command Chief Master Sergeant, William C. Markham, gives a speach as the keynote speaker at Operation Honor: A Salute to Veterans in, Waukesha Wisconsin, at 4:30PM. Operation Honor is an event hosted annually by the city of Waukesha, with the aim of bringing together the veteran community as well as a way to thank prior servicemembers.
