B-roll of Soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team conduct their annual training at Gowen Field Training Area in Idaho. The Troops go through training on how to identify improvised explosive devices and run a checkpoint as well as qualify with their weapons. Additionally a Soldier from each Squad is picked to learn vehicle recovery procedures using a Hemmit Wrecker, so if a vehicle is disabled in Iraq, they will know how to recover it. Produced by Spc. Matt Mikolas. See also "Oregon Guardsmen Train for Iraq" in the Interview Section.
