Educators from Recruiting Stations Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Sacramento participate in day three of the 2024 Educators' Workshop at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, June 6, 2024. The events of day three included a visit to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar to view a static display, an education brief, a tour at the MCRD museum, new graduate question and answer panel, water survival observation, and finishing the day with the rappel tower event. Participants of the workshop visited Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and other Marine Corps bases to observe recruit training and gained a better understanding about the transformation from recruits to United States Marines. Educators also received classes and briefs on the benefits that are provided to service members serving in the United States armed forces. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl. Eric Valerio)
