U.S. Army Paratroopers from across the 82nd Airborne Division compete in the 'Strongest All American' competition as part of American Week held at Fort Liberty, N.C., May 21, 2024. The event challenged Paratroopers to lift as much weight as they could performing squats, deadlifts and bench presses. AAW24 celebrated the Division’s rich culture and legacy as America’s Guard of Honor through a series of competitive sporting events and military ceremonies promoting comradery and esprit de corps.
