U.S. Army Joint Terminal Attack Controllers assigned to Special Operations Command Africa, U.K. Ranger Regiment, and Ghana Armed Forces participated in a dry close air support joint knowledge exchange utilizing two U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer aircraft and simulated 107mm artillery fire for Exercise Flintlock 2024 at Camp Bundase, Ghana, April 19, 2024. Exercise Flintlock is U.S. Africa Command’s premier and largest annual special operations forces exercise that strengthens key partner nations throughout Africa, in partnership with other international special operations forces.
