Drone footage shows the progress made to remove wreckage and debris from the Patapsco river, April 23, 2024, which has facilitated three temporary alternate channels and another one scheduled to be established later this week. The Unified Command is continuing efforts to remove the M/V Dali, which is required to fully re-open the Fort McHenry Channel.
