DTRA kicked off the CBDP’s annual Chem Bio Operation Analysis or CBOA, a week-long field experiment that allows Joint Force members to test on-the-horizon technology while investigating mock-WMD threat scenarios.
During Day 3 of CBOA, Joint Force members transversed both sea and land lanes seeking out simulated chem-bio-rad threats under the observations from Community of Interest attendees .
