DTRA kicked off the CBDP’s annual Chem Bio Operation Analysis or CBOA, a week-long field experiment that allows Joint Force members to test on-the-horizon technology while investigating mock-WMD threat scenarios.
On Day-2, Joint Force members entered the Concept of Operation phase where they rotated through simulated chem-bio threat lanes using a variety of emerging technologies
