conduct a weather-meteorology subject matter expert exchange with the Philippine Army’s Aviation Regiment during Salaknib 24 at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines, April 11, 2024. The exchange familiarized participants with the TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS) and other weather equipment.
