U.S. Marines, Sailors, and civilians participate in the Advanced Rider Course (ARC) on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 16, 2024. The ARC is a one-day course that fulfills the Department of Defense level II motorcycle training requirement.
