KEKAHA, Hawai‘i (Feb. 15, 2024) Master-Ar-Arms Seaman Apprentice Shaun Rivers completes the all terrain vehicle (ATV) Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) on Pacific Missile Range Facility(PMRF), Barking Sands, Hawaii. ATVs are a crucial asset for security forces at PMRF and are needed to traverse the many different types of terrain on the installation.
