Army aviators from the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade conduct SWET (Shallow Water Egress Training) to prepare themselves for any emergency that might develop if a helicopter was to land in a body of water, at the Abrams Physical Fitness Center, Fort Cavazos, Texas. Troopers simulated escaping from an aircraft that has landed in the water inverted, and practicing techniques to maximize oxygen when under the water. (B-roll video by U.S. Army Sgt. Alex Romey)
