U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Shawn Phillips, senior enlisted leader of the Pennsylvania National Guard, shares information about his fitness challenge for Airmen, Soldiers and civilian employees.
The CSEL fitness challenge is designed to motivate and improve physical fitness amongst all members of the PNG, including federal and state employees. The fitness challenge goal is to run, walk or complete a combination of both events totaling 100 miles in a 10-week period. The fitness activity must be completed as a single daily workout.
Upon successful completion of this challenge participants will earn the CSEL fitness patch. The CSEL Fitness Challenge, will begin April 1, 2024 through June 10, 2024.
