U.S. Army and multinational soldiers participate in the European Best Medic Competition, known as EBMC, in the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany. The competition was a week-long event, closing with the awards ceremony on Dec. 8.
EMBC tests soldiers physical fitness, medical skills and overall readiness, specifically in the European theater. Congratulations to the winning team: 1LT Jonathan Malloy, a medical platoon leader from 1st Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, and SPC Timothy Weaver, a combat medic from 2d Cavalry Regiment.
