In the heart of the Offutt community, a fallen warrior statue symbolizing valor and sacrifice had weathered the passage of time. Its once gleaming facade obscured by grime and weathering.
An anonymous volunteer stepped forward to restore the statue honoring its fallen heroes. Col. Mark Howard, 55th Wing commander would like to thank this person for restoring the fallen warrior statue. If you have any information or would like to step forward, please contact the 55th Wing Public Affairs Office at 402-294-3663. If you don't wish to be recognized publicly, you can remain anonymous, but Col. Howard would still like to thank you in person.
