Carlos Albaladejo, organizer of a Physical Fitness Test held at the Turner Fitness Center, speaks about a PFT event conducted in part with HYROX at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, Nov. 18, 2023. The event was held to provide on opportunity for service members stationed in South Korea to gage their level of physical fitness to allow individuals to decide if they might participate in a HYROX event in the future.
