The Maneuver and Fires Integration Experiment, also known as MFIX is an annual event that started in 2014 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. MFIX is the primary live experiment that is conducted by the Fires Battle Lab, under the Fires Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate. The team sends out a request for information to their industry partners depending on what kind of gaps the Army needs to be filled. throughout the year the Fires Battle Lab and their partners work together to get all approved technology together during the MFIX for further testing.
