The Good Neighbor Program partnered with the Korean Service Corps and the U.S. Army to host an English Festival held at Pyongil Elementary School at Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea, Oct. 20, 2023. The event provided an opportunity to experience South Korean culture in conjunction with U.S. cultures to help strengthen national alliances and build a better relationship with local civilian communities.
