WEWAK, Papua New Guinea (Oct. 12, 2023) - A Happy 248th Birthday flip book style video created using images from Naval History and Heritage Command and photos from Pacific Partnership 2023. Video was created in Adobe Premiere giving it a flip book effect and music was taken from U.S. Navy Band website. Now in its 18th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
